">About the Role:
">We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Officer to join our team at TASTER FOOD PTE. LTD. as a Customer Service Experience Lead.
">Key Responsibilities:
">Customer Experience:
">- Provide each customer with a wonderful dining experience by leading the operation team in frontline service.
- Become the Din Tai Fung brand ambassador, upholding our brand philosophy and company values through excellent customer service and maintaining good customer relationships.
- Engage with customers through checking on their dining experience, making recommendations, and gathering feedback to provide service enhancement.
Issue Resolution:
">- Handle and resolve guest inquiries and feedback (in-store, phone, feedback forms, and email) promptly.
- Initiate and handle post-feedback investigation processes and propose preventive actions.
- Prepare Customer Care Memos.
Team Collaboration:
">- Assist outlets in charge of operation matters.
- Function efficiently in a team setting and independently.
Requirements:
">- Able to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good interpersonal, communication, writing, and listening skills.
- Meticulous and proactive in performing job duties and assignments.
Skills and Qualifications:
">- Excellent listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Investigation and problem-solving skills.
- Customer care and administration skills.
- Effective writing and teamwork skills.
Estimated Salary Range: SGD 45,000 - SGD 60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
