Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience:

  • Provide each customer with a wonderful dining experience by leading the operation team in frontline service.
  • Become the Din Tai Fung brand ambassador, upholding our brand philosophy and company values through excellent customer service and maintaining good customer relationships.
  • Engage with customers through checking on their dining experience, making recommendations, and gathering feedback to provide service enhancement.

Issue Resolution:

">
  • Handle and resolve guest inquiries and feedback (in-store, phone, feedback forms, and email) promptly.
  • Initiate and handle post-feedback investigation processes and propose preventive actions.
  • Prepare Customer Care Memos.
">

Team Collaboration:

">
  • Assist outlets in charge of operation matters.
  • Function efficiently in a team setting and independently.
">

Requirements:

  • Able to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, writing, and listening skills.
  • Meticulous and proactive in performing job duties and assignments.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent listening skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Investigation and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer care and administration skills.
  • Effective writing and teamwork skills.

Estimated Salary Range: SGD 45,000 - SGD 60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
