We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Administration Executive to join our team at MyCareersFuture. As an Insurance Administration Executive, you will be responsible for managing client inquiries and providing insurance advice on quotations, renewals, and other requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client inquiries and provide insurance advice on quotations, renewals, and other requests.
- Email policies and maintain accurate records.
- Identify insurance needs of clients and deliver solutions.
- Prepare documents related to transacted business.
- Attend to walk-in customers and maintain close relationships with clients and partners.
- Handle claims and assist with database management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma holder.
- Preferably 3 years of relevant experience.
- Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) and Health Insurance (HI) is a must.
- Able to start work at short notice.
