Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client inquiries and provide insurance advice on quotations, renewals, and other requests.
  • Email policies and maintain accurate records.
  • Identify insurance needs of clients and deliver solutions.
  • Prepare documents related to transacted business.
  • Attend to walk-in customers and maintain close relationships with clients and partners.
  • Handle claims and assist with database management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma holder.
  • Preferably 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) and Health Insurance (HI) is a must.
  • Able to start work at short notice.
