Key Responsibilities
- Obtain quotations for new and existing client insurance policies
- Answer client queries promptly and process insurance policies
- Develop and maintain client relationships by providing support, information, and evaluating customer needs accurately
- Handle daily office administrative duties, including data administration, phone calls, and emails

Requirements
- Fresh graduates or individuals with no experience but a positive learning attitude are welcome to apply
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
- Positive attitude and client-centric service-oriented approach
- Ability to handle confidential issues and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues

Compensation
