Administrative Support Role for Insurance Team

The Insurance Support Specialist will provide administrative assistance to the Account Servicing team at ACCLAIM INSURANCE BROKERS PTE. LTD. The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance broking companies and possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Account Servicing team to ensure proper documentation trail for policies placed.
  • Able to handle Foreign Worker Bonds placement independently.
  • Prepare coverage summaries, cover notes, certificates of insurance, enclosure letters, and other documents as required.
  • Assist with invoicing for the Account Servicing Team and ensure all correspondences and documentations are electronically filed.
  • Update expiry lists and policy renewal status.
  • Assist in preparation of marketing materials and renewal data.
  • Have good follow-up skills and documentation trail.
  • Ideal to have experience from insurance broking companies.
  • Eye for detail and able to work in a team environment.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
