At KPMG - Singapore, we are expanding our SAP team and seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Graduate Associates Program as an SAP Technology Transformation Associate. This role will involve working with our experienced professionals on digital transformation projects across various industries and sectors.

About Us

KPMG is a leading professional services firm that provides audit, tax, and advisory services to clients across the globe. Our SAP practice in Singapore is well-established and has worked with numerous clients on end-to-end business and digital transformation projects enabled by SAP software.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of SGD $6,000 - $8,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you can expect excellent benefits, including comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for career growth and development.

Job Description

This role will be part of our SAP/Technology team responsible for assisting business consultants with SAP knowledge across various functions like Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Sales, Analytics. You will work on large multinationals and local conglomerates within the region, applying your analytical skills to solve complex problems and improve business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist senior consultants in conducting SAP-based business transformations.
  • Develop and implement process improvements using SAP technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Actuarial Studies, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics and statistical modeling.
  • Able to work with large datasets and perform number crunching tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Possess critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and strong listening skills.
