Job Description

As a strategic HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business priorities. You will partner with senior leadership to provide insights that support workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.

You will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR services, including onboarding, advisory, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, and offboarding. You will also oversee monthly payroll processing, ensure accuracy and compliance, and maintain employee records.

In addition, you will lead the design and delivery of training programs, drive initiatives that promote continuous learning and professional growth, and act as a culture ambassador by promoting company values and engagement initiatives.

  • Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business priorities.
  • Provide insights to support workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven HR generalist or HRBP experience, preferably in a regional capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore and Malaysia employment laws and HR practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, advisory, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
