What you'll do here

We're seeking a passionate Regional Human Resource Business Partner to join our team in the South Asia Pacific (SAP) region. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, developing and implementing people strategies aligned with our business goals. You will lead cross-functional projects, build relationships with key stakeholders, and drive cultural transformation across our organization. Your regional expertise will help navigate the complexities of a rapidly changing business landscape, offering a high degree of autonomy and ownership to shape our future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive HR agenda in the sales region
  • Collaborate with Regional Director/Management team to drive business growth
  • Represent company culture and core values
  • Foster employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention
  • Develop and establish regional HR processes and policies
  • Create a positive workplace culture
  • Collaborate with HR teams across regions
  • Represent the region in internal HR matters

Who are we looking for?

  • Personal values aligned with our organizational values (open, humble, inclusive, think big, etc.)
  • Broad HR experience from working in an international and dynamic environment
  • Proven interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proven leadership and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with HR systems e.g., Workday, Peoplesoft, etc.
  • A relevant university degree or equivalent (e.g., Business Administration, Labor Law, HR)
