Role DescriptionAs Head of SEO & Performance Marketing, you will lead and drive our SEO and performance marketing efforts. You will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies, managing paid media campaigns, and optimizing digital performance for clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing and SEO strategies for our clients to meet their growth objectives.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media channels while aligning to the clients' expectations, business goals, campaign objectives, and budgets.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media channels.
- Develop full-funnel marketing strategies to acquire new leads, drive conversions, and improve customer lifetime value.
- Manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, optimizing for the highest ROI.
- Leverage data and analytics to provide actionable insights for campaign adjustments and overall strategy refinement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SEO and performance marketing specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, and new tools/technologies, and apply them to campaigns and strategies.
- Collaborate with other teams, including creative, analytics, and client services, to deliver cohesive marketing strategies.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding SEO and performance marketing initiatives, offering insight and strategic recommendations.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients, addressing client concerns and showcasing a proactive approach to problem-solving which instils faith in the agency and builds trust.
- Work with the team to prepare and present detailed performance reports, highlighting the progress, outcomes, and optimizations for ongoing success.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and campaigns, meeting client expectations and business goals.
Requirements
- Possesses relevant Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Business, Marketing, Math, or Economics, or any other relevant disciplines.
- Possesses at least 3 years of digital performance marketing experience.
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Advertising), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush), and SEO best practices.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing talent.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience in managing client and stakeholder relationships.
- Creative and strategic thinker, with a passion for delivering measurable results.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Highly committed, 'hands-on' approach, proactive, can-do attitude, and team player.
- Able to work independently, efficiently, fast, responsible, trustworthy, and able to follow through well to meet timelines.
