Key Responsibilities
  • Accelerate growth in all Sleek markets through increased investments and returns.
  • Achieve ROAS targets for all countries, while driving high growth, through mastery in bidding, landing page optimization, and campaign management.
  • Transform the performance marketing practice by increasing the level of automation and use of technology, making it fully data-driven and providing a foundation for further scaling.
  • Constantly run new experiments with new channels, formats, and approaches to improve performance.
  • Hire and train a team of highly skilled performance marketers.
Requirements

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a minimum of 8 years of experience as a Head of Performance Marketing or Senior Performance Manager. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Paid Search campaign optimization and be a Google Ads expert. Additionally, the candidate should possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive results and build a high-performing team.
