Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our production machinery and facility equipment.

This is a dynamic role that requires someone who is proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team. You will be working on a variety of tasks, including implementing and maintaining preventive maintenance schedules, designing and fabricating jigs and fixtures, attending to minor repair requests and monitoring maintenance work orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain a comprehensive preventive maintenance schedule for all production machinery and facility equipment.
  • Design and fabricate jigs and fixtures to support and improve manufacturing operations.
  • Attend to minor repair requests from various departments within the organization.
  • Record and monitor maintenance work orders, TPM downtime, compressor operating hours, hot work permits, equipment checklists, and related documentation.
  • Perform daily start-up procedures for production and facility equipment.
  • Maintain facility systems such as air-conditioning, fire sprinkler systems, plumbing, electrical power, and lighting.
  • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and TPM activities according to schedule.
  • Deliver weekly Single Point Lessons (SPL) to train production operators on key operational practices.
Requirements
  • Possess a NITEC or NTC certification, preferably in Electrical or Mechanical Technology.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Prior experience in the repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment within a manufacturing setting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
