Job Description:
The Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in identifying and assessing new business opportunities, ensuring alignment with client and contract requirements.
This involves collaborating with Airswift departments to implement strategies and manage local registrations, company setups, and in-country operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and evaluate their viability and potential.
- Implement business strategies in conjunction with other Airswift departments, ensuring compliance with service/contract/client expectations.
- Work closely with Account Managers and Recruitment Managers to allocate resources effectively and oversee the handover of new opportunities.
- Liaise with satellite offices and support operations from a business development perspective.
- Manage tender responses and submissions in conjunction with other Departmental Managers.
- Keep senior management informed on progress toward agreed targets.
