
Senior Household Coordinator and Personal Assistant

A unique opportunity has arisen to work closely with a senior executive, providing day-to-day support and coordination across home and office settings.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, possessing strong organizational skills, discretion, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Personal & Home Care (Non-medical)
- Support daily routines, including wake/sleep schedules, meal prep/coordination, light exercise supervision, and medication reminders.
- Arrange and accompany appointments, manage bookings, and transportation as needed.
- Monitor comfort and safety at home, coordinating with service providers when necessary.
- Maintain a tidy and organized living environment, overseeing laundry and household supplies.
- Household & Logistics Management
- Coordinate vendors and contractors for cleaning, maintenance, deliveries, and basic inventory tracking.
- Plan small in-home gatherings/meetings.
- Discreetly handle personal errands, maintaining receipts and simple expense logs.
- Office Administration & EA Support
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and prepare meeting packs.
- Prepare notes, follow-up action trackers, and maintain office files.
- Draft emails/letters, screen calls/messages, and liaise with internal teams and selected external partners.
- Communications & Confidentiality
- Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion, ensuring privacy protocols are followed.
- Act as a professional, courteous point of contact for VIP visitors and family members.
