**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the household's daily operations, including scheduling, supervising, and training household members, ensuring the home is consistently well-maintained, organized, clean, tidy, and presentable.
- Overseas property maintenance and repairs, coordinating with contractors and service providers as required.
- Ensure security measures are implemented and function effectively.
- Handle household budgeting, expense management, and maintaining financial records.
- Coordinate meal planning and preparation, considering dietary preferences and restrictions, and perform grocery shopping as needed.
- Provide personal assistance to household members, such as running errands, organizing personal belongings, scheduling appointments, coordinating travel plans, and assisting with personal arrangements.

**Job requirement**:
1. Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

2. Previous experience in a similar role such as household management, personal assistance, or hospitality management.

3. Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively managing various household tasks and responsibilities.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with household staff, service providers and family members.

5. The ability to adapt to changing schedules and prioritize unexpected events or tasks may arise in the household environment.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse data, identify trends and handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact.

7. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvements.

8. Discretion and respect for privacy are essential when working in a private household environment.
