Job Role:

The Family Personal Assistant will be responsible for coordinating daily schedules, appointments, and family activities.

Record-keeping and documentation of family expenses are essential tasks for this role.

Furthermore, the Family Personal Assistant will coordinate yacht maintenance, servicing, and inspections. This includes managing yacht crew, schedules, and compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Personal Assistant and be proficient in both English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with clients who speak only Chinese.
