About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our property. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience, from check-in to check-out. This includes managing guest communications, resolving any issues or concerns, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Property Management: Ensure the smooth operation of our property, including overseeing housekeeping, maintenance, and facilities management.
  • Guest Communications: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver excellent guest service.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Hospitality: A minimum Diploma in Hospitality or a related field is required for this role.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in student hostel or serviced office operations management is necessary.
  • Skills: Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are essential for this position.
