Welcome to COLIWOO PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD., where we are seeking an experienced Guest Service Operations Manager to join our team
About the Role:We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our property. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience, from check-in to check-out. This includes managing guest communications, resolving any issues or concerns, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Property Management: Ensure the smooth operation of our property, including overseeing housekeeping, maintenance, and facilities management.
- Guest Communications: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver excellent guest service.
- Diploma in Hospitality: A minimum Diploma in Hospitality or a related field is required for this role.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in student hostel or serviced office operations management is necessary.
- Skills: Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are essential for this position.
- Competitive Salary: A competitive salary package, estimated to be around SGD $40,000 - SGD $50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
