Guest Services Supervisor

Job Summary
As a Guest Services Supervisor at Marina Bay Sands, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Guest Services team. This includes managing the luggage storage rooms, supervising the front drive operations, and ensuring that all tasks are executed timely and according to the standard set by the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with team members on departmental updates and guest-related matters during pre-shift briefings.
- Monitor baggage handling requests and ensure that luggage is properly arranged and stored.
- Schedule Bellmen on break boards and assist in the management of scheduling.
- Assign duties to Bellmen during shifts to ensure proper follow-ups.
- Process guest requests and forward them to the right department as needed.
Requirements
- Certificate in Hospitality Operations from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity or a managerial role in a large hotel environment.
- Excellent guest relations, communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
