We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Guest Services Executive to join our team at FAR EAST HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT (S) PTE. LTD.
About the Role:
- This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who have a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality services and crafting unforgettable guest experiences.
- You will be responsible for ensuring that all hotel guests receive courteous services in a timely manner, addressing their complaints, requests, and inquiries promptly and tactfully.
- Collaborate closely with the Assistant Manager to maintain high standards of service quality.
About You:
- A minimum Diploma in Hospitality is required, but experience is not necessary as we welcome candidates from all backgrounds.
- You should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and an outgoing personality.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays is essential.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is SGD $25,000 - $35,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
