Job Description

This position plays a vital role in the Order-To-Cash process, ensuring customer satisfaction and adhering to standard operating procedures.

The ideal candidate will support the team's performance and contribute to continuous improvement by delivering exceptional customer service, processing orders efficiently, and maintaining accurate customer data.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supporting Sales Teams: Providing reference pricing from SAP and issuing quotations to facilitate effective sales processes.
  • Customer Inquiry Handling: Responding to customer inquiries with professionalism and resolving issues promptly.
  • Order Processing: Receiving and processing various types of customer orders, including standard orders, consignment orders, sample orders, intercompany sales orders, and purchase orders in SAP. Ensuring timely delivery dates are met by coordinating with production planning teams.
  • Customer Master Data and Material Management: Requesting new customer numbers through the master data governance tool (SAP Business Client 7.70). Coordinating material number releases and raising Engineering Change Requests for new/change Customer and Packing checklist, and new/change customer Part Number on label.
  • Regulatory Compliance and Ad-Hoc Tasks: Contributing to site and global initiatives such as IATF and ISO certification and commercial excellence programs. Taking up ad-hoc tasks as required by the supervisor.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in any field
  • At least 5 years of customer service and SAP experience
  • Knowledge of SAP Order-To Cash (OTC) process
  • Knowledge of Sales and pricing process
  • Knowledge of Logistics and supply chain process
  • Team collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
