
Senior Customer Experience Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Associate to join our team in Singapore.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and client servicing, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneously, providing day-to-day support to the Customer Success Manager to ensure smooth-running projects from start to finish.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will work closely with our team based in Singapore.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support to the Customer Success Manager (CSM) to ensure smooth-running projects from start to finish.
- Assist the CSM with proposal creation, quotations, contracts, invoices, and other related tasks.
- Support our clients with information/data they need during the project.
- Handle and keep the CSM platform up to date.
- Participate in client kickoff calls, presentations, and meetings.
- Work closely with our Operations team to ensure a smooth fieldwork.
- Coordinate with various internal teams.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven Project Management experience and/or Client Servicing, Retail, and B2B.
- Experience in a startup environment preferred.
- Keen interest in Customer Experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent communication skills as you will have direct contact with clients.
- Excellent organizing skills to coordinate project activities and ability to multitask.
- Being detail-oriented and organized in managing workflow and requests.
- Being resourceful, proactive, having an open mind, and flexibility towards problem-solving.
- Ability to work with details and time-sensitive issues.
