Job Title: Customer Experience CoordinatorThe primary focus of this role is to ensure that all sales support and service activities are well-coordinated and completed within prescribed process guidelines in support of the sales branches.Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver effective day-to-day customer service operations to support pre and post shipment requirements of the sales branches.
  • Manage customer backlog with the aim of maintaining backlog integrity through systematic reviewing and addressing all backlog issues to ensure customer orders are delivered on time.
  • Provide daily customer service operational guidance to team members, supporting the customer service management.
  • Weekly management of the customer backorder report with a turnaround time of 48 – 72 hours for a complete review.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to manage customer pre & post shipment requirements.
Requirements:This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
