Job Overview

The role of a Technical Engagement Manager is to lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge products for customer wafer fabrication and packaging facilities.

Our company is a global leader in diversified electronics for the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem. We invest significantly in research and development, working with physicists, engineers, data scientists, and problem-solvers to accelerate the delivery of innovative electronic devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that advance product positions.
  • Understand customer needs and represent the Product Division in devising strategies to meet those needs.
  • Influence product development and next-generation product features.
  • Lead a team of engineers to provide technical applications support for product development and implementation.
  • Work on complex problems requiring in-depth evaluation, design of experiments, and communication between customers and specialists.
  • Make presentations on all aspects of products to management and customers.
  • Assist sales managers in assessing potential applications of our products to meet customer technical requirements and preparing detailed product specifications.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Highly motivated individuals with a strong interest in high-tech environments.
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, materials science, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong team player with persistence and dedication to understanding and solving critical customer problems.
  • Managerial or supervisory experience is an added advantage, with strong goal-setting and achievement abilities.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing data, communicating with customers, and providing solutions to complex technical problems.
