Strategic Partnerships Lead

The Strategic Partnerships Lead is a pivotal role that oversees the development and execution of strategies to foster meaningful relationships with corporates, community groups, institutions, and individuals.

This individual will lead the partnership lifecycle, from acquisition to relationship management, stewardship, and recognition. They will drive fundraising efforts through multi-channel strategies, cultivate new funding streams, and grow a vibrant volunteer base.

A key responsibility is to develop an integrated communications strategy that strengthens our brand, public awareness, and engagement. This includes content creation and management across digital, social media, print publications, and other platforms.

To excel in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. At least 10 years of experience in fundraising, communications, or stakeholder engagement, with 5+ years in a managerial capacity, are necessary.

You will possess excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, as well as strong strategic planning and project management capabilities. Digital fluency and experience managing multi-platform campaigns are also essential.

  • Develop multi-channel fundraising strategies to meet annual targets.
  • Lead structured volunteer programmes to grow a vibrant volunteer base.
  • Develop an integrated communications strategy to strengthen our brand and public awareness.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in fundraising, communications, or stakeholder engagement, with 5+ years in a managerial capacity.
