Job Summary
The Disney Corporate Alliances team drives and oversees complex, long-term strategic marketing partnerships with leading global brands.
Our mission is to be the world's premier marketing partnership organization.
We are responsible for developing new corporate alliance partnerships from early market research through ongoing engagement with potential partners, internal ideation, stakeholder alignment, contract negotiation, and signature.
As part of this team, you will lead visionary efforts to bring all aspects of The Walt Disney Company together to meet our client's objectives.
This assignment is anticipated to last two years.Responsibilities:
- You will represent The Walt Disney Company in business dealings with some of the world's top brands.
- You are entrepreneurial-minded but can also collaborate well within a large, matrixed organization across domestic and international business units.
- You use creative thinking to identify and validate high-value strategic partnership opportunities.
- With your ingenuity and strong business acumen, you create partnership structures that deliver compelling marketing opportunities and solutions for clients.

Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience.
- 5 years minimum of contract, negotiation, partnership, and/or business development/product or brand management experience.
- Experienced with financial reports, models, and analysis.
- Master at project management and multi-tasking in a complex organization.
- Ability to create a strategic plan and execute against it, delivering desired outcomes.
- Manage ambiguity by being flexible and self-driven, capable of defining what needs to be done and executing against the plan.
- Strong ability to develop complex PowerPoint/Keynote presentations.
- Experience in negotiating complex, multi-faceted contracts.
- Advanced facilitation and influencing skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; storytelling.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Commercial strategy and/or management consulting experience.
- Marketing experience.
- Experienced negotiation of multi-country contracts.
- Interest in international travel.
- Multi-lingual.
- Familiarity with Disney products and services.
Required Education:
- 4-year degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Brand/Product Management, Advertising, or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Education:
- MBA.
