Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong candidate relationships to ensure speed to market
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies to successfully shortlist candidates for specific jobs and build candidate networks
  • Leverage existing client accounts and candidate relationships to capture relevant market, industry, and business intelligence
  • Establish a clear and strategic business plan to identify key clients and business opportunities
  • Consistently achieve personal targets by driving business revenue
  • Deliver market intelligence to clients and candidates as a subject matter expert in the technology domain
