  • We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Captain to lead our dining operations.
Key Responsibilities:

As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the setup, maintenance, cleanliness, and safety of our Dining areas. Your goal is to ensure that guests have a seamless and memorable dining experience.

  • Monitor the preparation of meals, guaranteeing high-quality standards.
  • Engage with guests regarding menu items and assist with menu selections to cater to diverse tastes and preferences.
  • Supervise and train staff to uphold exceptional standards in food and beverage service.
  • Coordinate food delivery between kitchen and dining staff for efficient and timely service.
  • Check with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course and beverages, taking feedback constructively to enhance the overall experience.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Successful candidates will possess excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.

  • Able to work well under pressure, maintaining composure and attention to detail even during peak periods.
