Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dining Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operation of our dining establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers receive a high-quality dining experience.
  • Familiarize yourself with all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and cash handling procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, inventory levels, and staff performance metrics.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as a role model and mentor to junior staff members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination across the organization.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • A strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A diploma in Hospitality or a related field is preferred but not required.
