Dining Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dining Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our dining facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective strategies for meal planning, preparation, and presentation to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and control food inventory, supplies, and waste management to minimize costs and optimize efficiency.
- Foster positive relationships with team members, vendors, and clients through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ensure site safety and security by implementing and enforcing policies and standard operating procedures.
- Handle emergencies promptly and professionally in accordance with established protocols.
- Evaluate staff performance, complete employee reviews, and maintain accurate records of attendance and timesheets.
- Conduct interviews, onboard new hires, and provide training and support to ensure success.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and communicate effectively regarding products and services.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in KTV/Restaurant Service/Retail or equivalent.
- At least a Certificate in Food & Beverage service.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Able to commit shift work, weekends, and public holidays.
