Dining Operations Manager

Our Dining Operations Manager will be responsible for the service of all food and beverages in our restaurant. Their primary responsibility is to ensure that every customer has an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-rate customer service by greeting and welcoming customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Maintain the highest quality of food and beverages served to our customers by adhering to a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, upholding food safety standards, and conducting regular quality control checks.
  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction by providing guidance, support, and feedback.
  • Coordinate daily front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations, including managing inventory, scheduling staff, and handling customer complaints.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by operation managers and take ownership of improving processes and procedures.
