Duties and Responsibilities
The Dining Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of a restaurant. Key responsibilities include maintaining a well-organized dining area, managing table arrangements and reservations, resolving any service disruptions or guest complaints promptly, and maintaining the overall appearance of the restaurant.
