Job Description

The Account HR Executive role at THE BUST SPECIALIST PTE. LTD. requires a unique blend of financial and human resources skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management:

- Manage financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.

- Process payroll and ensure accurate salary disbursements.

- Monitor expenses and manage financial transactions.

2. Human Resources:

- Onboard new employees and maintain accurate HR documentation.

- Assist with performance appraisals and ensure compliance with HR policies.

- Handle general administrative tasks, including office correspondence and record-keeping.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or relevant working experience.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize financial and HR functions.

Preferred Skills:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.

- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.

- Knowledge of HR compliance and legal requirements.
