Key Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices and ensure accuracy and approval
  • Prepare and process payments in a timely manner
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies
  • Review and process employee expense reports
  • Maintain vendor files and payment terms
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and prepare financial reports and documentation for audits
  • Maintain accurate accounts payable records and organize financial documents
  • Assist in month-end closing and monitor accounts payable aging
  • Identify and implement efficiency improvements and update accounts payable procedures
Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of accounts payable experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance
  • Strong organizational skills
