About the Role:

This 6-month contract role involves managing a portfolio of existing client contracts, ensuring timely renewal and negotiation of pricing and scope adjustments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to finalize contract terms and pricing structures, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and maintain accurate records of contract renewals and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of existing client contracts, ensuring timely renewal and negotiation of pricing and scope adjustments
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of client needs and current contract terms to develop tailored renewal proposals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to finalize contract terms and pricing structures
  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance contract value and drive revenue growth
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contract renewals, pricing agreements, and client interactions
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM software
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue growth
