Contract Renewal Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Contract Renewal Specialist to join our sales team at Forcepoint. This role involves renewing, up-selling, and closing of maintenance/service/license contracts for assigned regions or accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Renewal of existing contracts, with a focus on increasing renewal sales for assigned regions or accounts.
- Demonstrate knowledge of our various products and maintenance contracts, educating customers on business practices and contractual implications.
- Ensure customer awareness and understanding of applicable product elements, meeting sales objectives such as quota and productivity requirements.
- Maintain account team relationships and transfer leads as appropriate.
- Leverage sales techniques and company product/service offerings to achieve success in this role.
- A proven track record of success in managing and developing existing accounts, with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
- A successful track record in delivering to defined revenue/margin targets.
- Experience in closing business and working in a renewal sales position in a high-tech organization.
- PC literate with knowledge of MS Office applications, especially MS Excel.
- Self-driven, results-oriented individuals with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high-quality business profit.
- Natural forward planners who critically assess their own performance.
- Keen for new experiences, responsibility, and accountability.
- Able to work with others and be a team player.
- Excellent communication skills.
We estimate the annual salary for this role to be around $60,000-$80,000, depending on location and experience. Note that this is not a guaranteed figure and may vary based on individual circumstances.
