About the Role
- Oversee a team of Service Injury Administrators to ensure efficient injury claim processing.
- Analyse complex cases and apply relevant policies to facilitate timely claim approvals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage injury claims from service personnel, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Verify injury reports, handle appeals, and produce management reports for respective services.
- Continuously review processes to improve administrative efficiency and accuracy in claims processing.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to make sound judgements on potential legal implications.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to articulate policies and decisions clearly to servicemen and/or their Next of Kins (NOKs).
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
