- Provide excellent customer service to clients regarding claims matters.
- Review insurance policies to assess coverage.
- Offer claim support to internal marketing teams.
- Regularly conduct reviews of outstanding claim files.
- Coordinate with adjusters and investigators for necessary assistance.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients and insurers.
- Verify and review documents for completeness before submitting to underwriters.
- Ensure proper document filing and accurate system updates.
- Perform other ad hoc duties or projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree holder (preferably in Insurance).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience handling general insurance claims.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Capable of multitasking and a team-oriented individual.
- Able to work independently and effectively interact with customers at various levels.
