Job Description
As a Regional Business Development Manager at Sedgwick Claims Management Services Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our presence in Asia. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategic client plans to achieve annual growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for business expansion
• Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement marketing campaigns that promote our services
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders across Asia
• Develop and manage sales materials, presentations, and other marketing collateral

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in a business development or marketing role, preferably in a regional or international context
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and techniques to support business goals
• Strong English and Mandarin language skills, with the ability to write effectively and work with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
