Role Description

This position involves working as a Complex Claims Adjuster, responsible for managing complex claims handling enquiries and ensuring effective vendor and litigation management. You will need to develop and implement strategies to minimize indemnity exposure and mitigate vendor and legal expense.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategies to manage complex claims handling enquiries.
  2. Work closely with vendors and lawyers to ensure efficient and effective claim resolution.
  3. Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on complex claims portfolios.
Essential Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of insurance principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
