About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team in Asia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end claims, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations. This includes making decisions on claim outcomes, interacting with customers, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining effective communication throughout the process.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience with claims administration. They will also be proficient in using CAB systems and Microsoft tools. Additionally, they will possess negotiation skills, be able to interpret policy coverage, and identify potential fraudulent claims.

The Claims Resolution Specialist will work closely with the underwriting team to develop trends and provide feedback on claims activity. They will also be responsible for providing information and feedback to underwriters and risk assessors to enable appropriate actions to be taken.
