Job Summary:

">Commercial Excellence Manager

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Excellence Manager to lead our commercial efforts and drive business growth. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in sales and business development, with a proven ability to build and execute sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:">
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve revenue growth and increase market share.">
  • Lead price negotiations and understand market pricing to set effective pricing strategies.">
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers at current and potential customers.">
  • Develop and maintain sales reports to track company performance.">
  • Set and achieve sales targets for each location.">
  • Support the budgeting process using sales forecasts, customer growth data, and demand for new services.">
Requirements:">
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, preferably in Logistics.">
  • At least 5 years of commercial experience in the tank container depot sector.">
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development in a managerial role.">
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and experienced in gaining stakeholder support and leading teams.">
  • Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and unique selling points for different sites or regions.">
  • Proven sales track record and ability to secure key business accounts.">
  • Willingness to travel frequently, up to 50% of the time for business purposes.">
