Job SummaryThis role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our tram service.
Main Responsibilities- Drive tram along designated route
- Interact with guests to provide excellent customer service
- Respond to emergencies and maintain a safe environment
- Manage crowd flow and queues at tram stations
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
- Qualifications: Minimum GCE 'N/O' Level and above
- Licence: Class 3 Driving Licence required
- Skills: Pleasant disposition, good communication skills, confident and outgoing personality
- Availability: Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
