Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Ambassador to join our team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering exceptional guest experiences through personalized service
  • Managing guest accounts, information, and apartment availability in our system
  • Responding promptly to queries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team objectives
