Electronic Sales Support Specialist Job Description


We are seeking a skilled customer service professional for a sales support role in the electronics industry.


This position involves collaborating with suppliers to obtain quotations and delivery dates, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely updates to customers.


The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in using CRM and ERP systems, and have experience working in the electronics component industry.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with suppliers to procure best quotations and delivery schedules.
  • Manage supplier relationships and provide timely updates to clients.
  • Support sales teams in fulfilling customer requirements and organize internal meetings.


Requirements:


  • Diploma or degree in Electronics or Business (preferred).
  • Proficiency in EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT, and OUTLOOK.
  • Experience in using CRM and ERP systems.
  • Understanding of incoterms and payment terms.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Past working experience in the electronics component industry.
