Job Title: Regional Strategic Planning Executive

The successful Regional Strategic Planning Executive will be involved in policy management and PDCA operations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules, create minutes of each meeting, issue notifications, manage action items, and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Support internal stakeholders to develop and execute their policy and strategy.
  • Develop RMC Corporate Strategy.
  • Manage the PDCA Cycle.
  • Facilitate policy review meetings with internal stakeholders.
  • Co-facilitate ASEAN & India Sales Meetings with OSA/RMC Division heads.
  • Attend Monthly OSA/RMC Division heads meetings.
  • Co-facilitate Product Division (PD) caravan in the ASEAN and India region with the product division.
  • Maintain MMC Contact Window.
  • Attend Customer Satisfaction Conferences by MMC Sales division.
  • Support Complaint Handling Awards by MMC Quality Management division.

Requirements

  • Degree in marketing, business administration, accounting, or mathematics.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Positive attitude, high adaptability, and ability to carefully manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including adapting to change in a work environment that prioritizes setting priorities and meeting deadlines.
