The ideal candidate will have experience performing deep quantitative analysis and navigating ambiguity. They will work closely with teams like moderation, quality, and vendor operations to ensure that ad policies are executed properly.

This position is part of the global Business Integrity team, which ensures that TikTok users have a safe experience while viewing advertisements. The successful candidate will provide expert advice and data support on policy matters, design KPIs to evaluate policy and enforcement outcome effectiveness, and act as a strategic liaison between policy and risk control teams.

The Policy Insights Specialist will also centralize insights-collection efforts across markets and functions within the policy team, monitor and report on policy trends and regulatory changes, and develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

They will serve as a key insights partner to both regional and global stakeholders, ensuring data-supported input into policy development and enforcement strategies.
