About the Role

This position will be part of the Regional Policy Team, which is responsible for ensuring that our advertising policies are effective and user-friendly. As a key member of this team, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to develop and implement policies that meet our goals.

Your primary responsibility will be to conduct in-depth analysis of potential risk areas and provide expert advice on policy matters. You will also serve as a liaison between the policy and risk control teams to align on frameworks, compliance controls, and risk metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct high-impact quantitative policy, market, and quality analysis to support rapid policy development and enforcement.
  • Serve as a key insights partner to both regional and global stakeholders, ensuring data-supported input into policy development and enforcement strategies.
  • Provide expert advice and data support on policy matters for human/machine-enforceable guidance.
  • Design KPIs to evaluate policy and enforcement outcome effectiveness.
  • Act as a strategic liaison between policy and risk control teams to align on frameworks, compliance controls, and risk metrics.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of data and content moderation workflows, including prior experience at a social media company and previous engagement in tasks related to social media content moderation.

You will also need to have proficiency in English for business purposes and extremely clear written and verbal communication skills.

A bachelor's degree in a quantitative or analytical field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Data Science, or related field is required. A master's degree is preferred.
