The Regional Policy and Risk Team (RPnR) is part of the global Monetization Integrity team who ensures TikTok users have a safe experience while viewing advertisements.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Review and analyze policy documents and related materials.
2. Conduct comprehensive research to support policy development and implementation.
3. Collaborate with regional stakeholders to ensure policies are effectively communicated and understood.
4. Provide expert advice and support on policy matters relevant to the region.
5. Monitor and report on policy trends and regulatory changes.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, industry leaders, and community organizations.
**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Law, Political Science, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience working in advertising policy.
3. Extremely clear written and verbal communication.
4. Experience working adjacent to or within an advertising policy ecosystem.
5. Understanding of the dynamics between users, advertisers, and advertising policies.
6. Proficiency in English for business purposes
**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. Master’s degree preferred.
2. Deep understanding of the digital landscape and a passion for TikTok products.
