**Job Title:** VisionPLUS 10 Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced support specialist to join our team in providing top-notch technical assistance for our VisionPLUS 10 application.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring application and batch job alerts, performing daily health checks and validations across various modules, handling initial triage of incidents and user tickets, and escalating unresolved or complex problems to higher-level teams.
  • Additionally, the support specialist will provide quick fixes and workarounds for known issues, maintain SOP documentation and knowledge base for recurring issues, coordinate with development, infrastructure, and vendor teams, and support monthly release deployments and patching activities.
  • The selected candidate will also serve as the first point of contact for VisionPLUS 10-related incidents and service requests, and assist with routine tasks such as password resets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical abilities, and effective communication skills. They should also have experience working with IT systems, knowledge of software development methodologies, and proficiency in troubleshooting techniques.
