Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team as a VisionPLUS 10 (Flex) Support Specialist. This role will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to the VisionPLUS 10 (Flex) system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor Application Alerts: Monitor application and batch job alerts related to VisionPLUS 10 (Flex), ensuring timely detection and resolution of any issues.
- Daily Health Checks: Perform daily health checks and validations across modules like CMS, FAS, TRAMS, ITS, etc., to ensure seamless system operation.
- Incident Triage: Handle initial triage of incidents and user tickets, escalating complex problems to L2/L3 teams as necessary.
- Quick Fixes and Workarounds: Provide quick fixes and workarounds for known issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
- SOP Documentation: Maintain SOP documentation and knowledge base for recurring issues, facilitating efficient knowledge sharing and transfer.
- Escalation and Coordination: Escalate unresolved or complex problems to L2/L3 teams and coordinate with development, infrastructure, and vendor teams to resolve issues.
- Release Deployments and Patching: Support monthly release deployments and patching activities, ensuring smooth system updates and minimal disruption.
- Reporting and RCA: Prepare RCA and incident reports, analyzing root causes and contributing factors to improve future incident prevention and mitigation.
- First Point of Contact: Serve as the first point of contact for VisionPLUS 10-related incidents and service requests, providing expert guidance and support.
- Routine Tasks: Assist with routine tasks such as password resets, ensuring seamless system operation and minimizing downtime.
