Job Title: VisionPLUS 10 Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced VisionPLUS 10 specialist to join our support team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications in a banking environment.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual to work on the monitoring, triaging, and resolving of first-level issues across VisionPLUS 10 modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Application Stability: Monitor application and batch job alerts related to VisionPLUS 10 (Flex) to ensure prompt issue resolution.
  • Perform Daily Health Checks: Conduct daily health checks and validations across modules such as CMS, FAS, TRAMS, ITS, etc., to identify potential issues before they impact users.
  • Triage and Resolve Incidents: Handle initial triage of incidents and user tickets, providing quick fixes or workarounds where possible, to minimize downtime and maintain user satisfaction.
  • Document Knowledge Base: Maintain SOP documentation and knowledge base for recurring issues to improve incident response times and user experience.
  • Escalate Complex Issues: Escalate unresolved or complex issues to L2/L3 teams and coordinate with development, infrastructure, and vendor teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Support Releases and Deployments: Assist with monthly release deployments, patching, and production activities to maintain system stability and availability.
  • Analyze Incidents: Prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and incident reports to identify areas for improvement and prevent future occurrences.
  • Serve as First Point of Contact: Serve as the first point of contact for VisionPLUS 10–related incidents and service requests, providing timely and effective support to users.

Experience working with VisionPLUS 10 (Flex) and its associated modules is essential, along with a solid understanding of application and batch job alerts, daily health checks, and root cause analysis.
