Head of Workforce Planning

As a Talent Management Manager at Michael Page International Pte Ltd, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's talent management strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement programs that attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organisation. You will work closely with senior leaders to understand business needs and develop solutions to address these needs.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement talent management strategies to meet business needs.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement in talent management processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement succession planning initiatives.
- Manage talent rotation programs to ensure effective deployment of employees across the organisation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to support talent management initiatives.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in talent management within a multinational corporation or large organisation.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing talent development initiatives.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a high level of learning agility.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven project management, facilitation, and influencing abilities.
- Highly driven, able to manage multiple priorities effectively, with a keen attention to detail and strong process orientation.
- Collaborative team player, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in data analysis, MS Excel, and data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI). Strong working knowledge of MS PowerPoint.
